Return Policy
- If item is defective upon receipt, customer has up to 10 days from date of receipt for an exchange or refund.
- If you need to return, please contact our customer service representative (miracle.shophk@gmail.com), let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation.
- Return shipping fee is the responsibility of buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake.
* Only applicable to manufacture faulty. In case if the item is fine (e.g. you used a fail batteries make it can't work), you need to pay for the return shipping cost, what we send back to you. All item must be returned in good condition and original packaging.
